Catherine Wood, our Director of Programming, is an experienced professional adept in strategic planning, program implementation, content development, community engagement, and stakeholder relations.

With a commitment to promoting positive and inclusive solutions to community issues, Catherine leverages her extensive track record to build consensus across multiple stakeholders. She ensures that Scout programs are not only effectively managed but also skillfully leverage diverse interests, needs, and perspectives. Catherine's leadership is instrumental in driving our mission to create impactful and sustainable initiatives that resonate with the communities we serve.

With over a decade of experience in business leadership, Steph Bigué has guided teams to develop and implement award-winning digital projects used by consumers and businesses alike. His expertise has led him to manage clients across public and private sectors, including Health Canada, Natural Resources Canada, Brookfield, Intuit, Yokohama, Mitsubishi and Ryerson University.

As Managing Director at Scout Environmental, Steph plays a key role in team development and client satisfaction. He focuses on strategic planning and execution while ensuring the organization's services surpass client expectations and are consistently improved.
