Air Health Check

2015 – Present

Air Quality Health Index

As the summers continue to grow warmer, we see an increase in the amount of days with higher levels of air pollution, which can negatively affect your health and make day-to-day activities more challenging. Whether you’re working outside, exercising outdoors, or have a pre-existing health issue, it’s essential to understand and monitor air quality to protect your health while still leading an active lifestyle. Since 2015, Scout Environmental has designed, delivered, and managed the Air Health Check campaign for Health Canada in partnership with the Running Room, PharmaChoice, and the Older Adults Coalition Association of Ontario (OACAO). Air Health Check is a national field and digital marketing campaign focused on educating Canadians on the health impacts of outdoor air quality and providing steps such as using the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) and AQHI Canada app to protect their health.
